Resident Wants City To Pursue Getting Revenue From Bike Riders

A St. Clair Avenue resident believes the city should try to get revenue from bicycle riders. Naomi Roberts (pictured) says adults who use a bike to get around should pay to help maintain the roads. She notes those who own private automobiles pay many fees and taxes. Roberts also views the city’s goat owners as freeloaders. The city has been letting people raise goats with some restrictions since 2010.
