Project Will Cause Shutdown Of Street That Includes UVA Hospital

Crews will spend the next few nights re-paving the street in front of the University of Virginia’s main hospital. They will shut down Lee Street every night from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. between Jefferson Park Avenue and 11th Street, S.W. The project is scheduled to be completed early Thursday. The shutdown also affects the Lee Street parking garage, and visitors will need to use the 11th street garage.
