A Tennessee man who’s facing child pornography charges has waived his right to a preliminary hearing. The case of 24-year-old Johnathan Messer (;pictured) is being transferred from Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court to Albemarle Circuit Court. Messer was arrested last October after a 16-year-old girl from the Dunlora subdivision was missing for several hours. County Police have accused Messer of acquiring pornographic pictures of the teenager.
