Police Charge Man With Posing As U.S. Marshal

City Police have charged a man with posing as a U.S. Marshal. Police say 38-year-old James Martinez Sellers (pictured) was arrested shortly after 3 p.m. Sunday near the public housing units in the 900 block of South First Street. Sellers is accused of using a security badge to impersonate a U.S. Marshal.
