Orange County Gets New Administrator

There’s a new County Administrator in Orange. The Orange Supervisors have hired Bryan David as a permanent successor to Julie Simms. David has already been the Administrator for three other Virginia counties. He’s worked for King George, Amherst, and Brunswick.
