The preliminary hearing for Claire Kennedy Ogilvie (pictured) has been continued. Ogilive is accused of breaking into the home of Nancy Tramontin, the wife of Delegate David Toscano, and attacking her. Ogilvie’s attorney requested the delay during a proceeding Thursday in Charlottesville General District Court. The new date is May 1st. Ogilvie was on a video hookup from the regional jail where she’s been since she was arrested. She asked Judge Robert Downer why a bond hearing has not been held. The judge told Ogilvie that she’ll have to take that up with her lawyer.
