Some Virginians who went through foreclosure are getting money back. Attorney General Mark Herring says about 4000 borrowers are part of a settlement if they had a mortgage through Ocwen Financial Corporation, Litton Loan Servicing or Homeward Residential Holdings. They admitted to violations in servicing mortgages and proceeding with foreclosures. Those affected are being notified. The exact payment will depend on how many sign up for the settlement.
