Norfolk-Southern Rail Cars Derail In Wythe County

Crews are working to get a Louisville-to-Norfolk freight train back on track after 14 rail cars derailed in Wythe County. The derailment happened shortly after 6 p.m. Monday in Wytheville. The cargo included automobiles and nail polish remover. There were no injuries, and state environmental officials say there’s no evidence of any spills.
