New DMV Laws Take Effect July 1st

Several new laws that involve the DMV will take effect July 1st. Agency spokeswoman Sunni Brown says one new law expands the list of medical conditions that are allowed on a driver’s license. Another change eliminates an extra tax for hybrids. Anybody who paid the tax in multiple renewals will get a refund.
