More Detours, Delays With McIntire-250 Bypass Interchange Project

Photo: WINA

A detour this week as part of the McIntire-250 Bypass interchange construction. You won’t be able to get up to Park Street if you’re heading east on the bypass. They’re paving the ramp, and anybody wanting to get to Park Street will have to continue heading east down to Locust Avenue and do a U-turn on the Locust ramps. Also, City Police will be directing traffic for the next two weeks at the intersection of Harris and McIntire. They’re rebuilding that intersection, putting in new signals, new curbs and a new waterline. They won’t be working from this Thursday, July 3rd, at noon until noon next Monday, July 7th, due to the 4th of July holiday.
