Monticello Holds 52nd Annual Naturalization Ceremony

It’s the oldest ceremony in the U.S. where new American citizens are sworn in outside a courtroom. The 52nd annual naturalization ceremony at Monticello was Friday morning. They came from 39 nations. The guest speaker was David Rubenstein of the asset management firm The Carlyle Group. Rubenstein has been recognized as a big contributor to patriotic causes in the U.S.
