Memorial Service For Kevin Wayne Quick

Waynesboro Police reserve captain Kevin Quick was remembered at the John Paul Jones Arena Monday morning. Hundreds were there, everyone from family members, police officers from across the state, the state attorney general and secretary of public safety to total strangers who wanted to show their respect. The ceremony centered on Quick’s service and honor. But questions hang in the air over who’s responsible for the 45-year-old new father’s death and abduction.
