McAuliffe Delivers First State Of Commwealth Address

Governor McAuliffe hopes to expand Virginia’s Medicaid rolls, and he made a plea during his first State of the Commonwealth address. McAuliffe declared Monday he wants to expand the program during the first year of his administration.  Many Republican lawmakers say they are willing to work with the new Governor on some issues, but this is not one of them.
