A Madison County man has been charged with having vicious dogs, being a reckless owner, and causing serious injury. The Madison Sheriff’s Office charged 58-year-old Martin Christopher Martino (pictured) following an investigation of a recent dog biting incident. Martino has been released on an unsecured bond and is scheduled to appear July 31st in Madison County General District Court.
