Madison Man Charged In Dog Bite Case

A Madison County man has been charged with having vicious dogs, being a reckless owner, and causing serious injury. The Madison Sheriff’s Office charged 58-year-old Martin Christopher Martino (pictured) following an investigation of a recent dog biting incident. Martino has been released on an unsecured bond and is scheduled to appear July 31st in Madison County General District Court. Anyone with information about the dog biting incident is asked to contact the Madison Sheriff’s Office at 540-948-5161.
