Photo: WINA

State Police are still trying to determine why a hot air balloon struck a power line Friday night, and so is a local pilot. Behr told WINA’s Les Sinclair on Charlottesville Right Now that staying away from power lines is at the heart of balloon safety. Behr took a balloon over Charlottesville to remember and honor his friend Monday morning.
