LexisNexis Building Sold, Business Remains

The LexisNexis building has been sold but the company says it’s not going anywhere. LexisNexis officials tell the Daily Progress that they’ve sold the complex for $9 million and will continue to lease part of it. The new owner is a group known as “701 East Water Street LLC.”
