Nelson County landowners are looking for answers from Virginia’s largest utility on a proposed 42-inch natural gas pipeline. Charlotte Rea of Friends of Nelson says pipeline critics will issue statements about Dominion Virginia Power’s plans during a Tuesday meeting of her county’s Board of Supervisors.
