Landes Vows To Fight Expansion Of Medicaid Rolls In Virginia

A local lawmaker says he wants to reform Virginia’s Medicaid program, but he won’t support adding 400,000 more names to the Medicaid rolls. Augusta Republican Delegate Steve Landes (pictured) is the Vice-Chairman of a state commission that deals with this topic.  Landes is a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee. His views on Medicaid expansion have put him at odds with Governor McAuliffe.
