One of the jurors has been replaced in the public corruption trial of former governor Bob McDonnell and his wife Maureen. Federal Judge James Spencer met twice in chambers with lawyers early Tuesday before convening court and announcing that a juror had been dismissed. An alternate was brought in as a replacement. The judge gave no explanation. Between the two closed meetings, Bob McDonnell sat at the defense table with his back to his wife and stared at the wall for several minutes.
