Home Sales Show Second Quarter Surge

The total number of home sales has improved, and so have the prices. The Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors found average home prices increased 13% in the April to June period. CAAR president John Ince says the average number of days on the market was much better during the second quarter of this year. Ince calls that a win-win situation for both buyers and sellers.
