There’s┬áno change in the status of Billy Lee. He’s the 37-year-old Orange County man who was arrested after a young boy died last month from a gunshot wound. A judge has continued a preliminary hearing for Lee and 36-year-old Tina Marie Toombs, who’s the mother of the child. The new date for the hearing is June 2nd. The judge has also denied bond for Lee for a second time. Both Lee and Toombs are facing felony charges following the April 6th death of Toombs’ 10-year-old son.
