Gillespie Gets Fundraising Help From Mitt Romney

The most recent Republican nominee for President will help U.S. Senate hopeful Ed Gillespie raise money. Mitt Romney will host a dinner and reception for Gillespie in New York City on Tuesday. Ed Gillespie (pictured)¬†was an advisor to the former Massachusetts Governor during the 2012 election cycle.¬†Gillespie and three rivals are competing for the right to carry the GOP banner in Virginia’s November 4th Senate election. They want to unseat freshman Democratic Senator Mark Warner.
