A deadly house fire in Petersburg is being treated as a possible homicide case. Petersburg Police want to locate a person of interest in connection with the fire that killed four members of a family who ranged in age from 2 to 67. Spokeswoman Esther Hyatt says 47-year-old Alexander Roosevelt Hill Jr. is wanted by Petersburg Police for violating a protective order, providing false information to police, and assault. Hill has ties to Petersburg and several other Virginia cities along with the island of Trinidad. The victims represent four generations of the family and ranged in age from a pre-schooler to a baby boomer. They include 67-year-old Pauline Wilkins, 46-year-old Vickie Chavis Ansar, 22-year-old Tanique Chavis, and 2-year-old Delvair Chavis. The fire was discovered at 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
