Former Albemarle Supervisors are reacting to new developments in the long running debate over a Western Bypass. Dennis Rooker (pictured left) is a longtime bypass opponent who spent 12 years as the Jack Jouett Supervisor. Rooker has ridiculed some of the arguments the project’s supporters are making. Rooker was a Thursday guest on the Morning News with Rick and Jane.
