Federal Judge Turk Has Died

Federal Judge James Turk has died. Turk was 91. He died Sunday at his home in Radford. Turk was appointed by President Nixon in 1972 to serve as a federal judge in the Western District of Virginia. He was a state senator before that. Funeral arrangements are pending.
