Factors Combine To Send Gas Prices Higher

The average price in the Charlottesville region currently is $3.23 a gallon. Last year at this time it was $3.59. Meanwhile, Gobert says there is a noticeable increase in accidents after we lose that hour of sleep. But she says drowsy driving is a year-round problem.
