Deeds: Virginia Will Be Model For Mental Health Services

State Senator Creigh Deeds says Virginia will be a model for mental health services. Deeds told dozens of local mental health workers and emergency service providers that the state will remake the system. Deeds says mental health legislation approved during this past General Assembly session is just a start. He was a guest of the Community Mental Health and Wellness Coalition.
