Elizabeth Daly’s lawsuit against ABC agents is moving ahead even though a federal judge has dismissed all or parts of nine of the 12 counts. Daly is the UVA student who fled in terror when her car was surrounded by ABC agents last April. They thought she bought beer while under age, but it was sparkling water. Federal Judge Henry Hudson has ruled that three ABC agents remain as defendants and face claims of false arrest, common law malicious prosecution and assault.
