Bev Catlin oversees the Quest program serving Burnley-Moran Elementary (pictured) and the other schools. She’s not satisfied with the numbers of African-Americans and other minorities who have enrolled in those classes. Catlin is also interested in electronic portfolios for sudents with many art projects.
