A city grand jury on Monday has indicted 22-year-old Tsaye Lemar Simpson, who’s accused of first-degree murder and three firearms violations. Simpson (pictured) was arrested last fall after police found the body of 22-year-old Jarvis Brown on Woodland Drive. He has entered a not guilty plea, and he’s facing a September 24th jury trial in City Circuit Court.
