City Councilors will have their organizational meeting Monday night, and they expect to hear a lot about parking.  Justin Pincham has a home on Page Street, and he worries about some older neighbors. The lion’s share of the complaints involve UVA workers and construction employees who are building new projects on West Main Street.  Fincham and several of his neighbors have been raising the issue since last summer.  The city staff favors a seven-month trial period for permit parking with a starting date early next month. The council will also select a mayor and vice-mayor, and welcome freshman member Bob Fenwick (pictured). Their meeting starts at 7 p.m. on the second floor of City Hall.
