City Councilors have voted 5-0 for a plan to redevelop the City Market. Kathy Galvin (pictured) and her fellow councilors have chosen the Market Plaza concept which was submitted by developer Keith Woodard. Galvin says it can meet a lot of the downtown area’s needs. The Market Plaza team was selected over three rivals. The city staff can now start to negotiate contracts for the project.
