The Charlottesville School Board will send nearly $67,000 back to City Hall. After the General Assembly finally adopted a new two-year state budget, the Charlottesville school division learned it received a better deal than it expected from Richmond. FILE - In this Nov. 12, 2010, file photo, Shelly Sterling sits with her husband, Donald Sterling, right, during the Los Angeles Clippers' NBA basketball game against the Detroit Pistons in Los Angeles.
