CAT Rider Information Service Restored

CAT Rider Information Service Restored

One casualty of the Wednesday night wind storm was the real-time arrival information from Charlottesville Area Transit. But the problem has been corrected. The high winds disrupted communication with the CAT automatic vehicle locator radio towers. As a result, passengers were not able to get real-time arrival information early Thursday. CAT passengers can once again use the mobile app, the automatic vehicle locator telephone line, and the part of the CAT website that provides the service.
