The only Virginia Republican who’s won two terms as Lieutenant Governor will be a private citizen again by this time next week.  Bill Bolling (pictured) will return to the private sector Saturday, after Democrat Ralph Northam takes his place. That includes four years as a Hanover County supervisor, ten years in the state senate, and his eight years as Lieutenant Governor.
