Beauty, just like art, is in the eye of the beholder and a big yellow rubber duck will float in The Hague near Norfolk’s Chrysler Museum. The 40-foot duck is a sculpture by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman. It will be on display from May 17th-26th. Norfolk will be the second city in the U.S. to host the inflatable duck. It’s already been to Pittsburgh.
