Bell “Revenge Porn” Bill Advances

Both chambers of the General Assembly have approved Delegate Rob Bell’s measure designed to stop ‚Äúrevenge porn.” Bell wants to penalize anybody who sends out naked pictures of an acquaintance to embarrass the other person. The bill cleared the House of Delegates and State Senate by wide margins.
