Baker-Butler Principal To Retire In June

The principal of Baker-Butler Elementary School plans to retire this summer.  David Cushman has been the principal at Baker-Butker (pictured) for the past seven years, and he’s worked for the Albemarle Schools since 1989. He has also been the principal at Stony Point Elementary School. Assistant Superintendent Matt Haas says the county will begin its search for a new Baker-Butler principal immediately.
