Artist: Turn Landmark Hotel Into Vertical Garden

What to do about the empty shell of the buidling downtown known as the Landmark Hotel. A local artist has a recommendation. Russ Richards says the Landmark is a universally-recognized eyesore. Richards says it should be turned into a vertical garden. A Georgia businessman bought the property, but there’s been no work at the site since. There have been a lot of complaints about the building being a magnet for the homeless.
