Sedona’s not-so-‘Golden Arches’ go viral

SEDONA, Ariz. – Photos of the only McDonald’s restaurant not featuring the international chain’s iconic “Golden Arches” have become an Internet sensation in the last few days, but the unique franchise has been open for decades.

The desert-friendly decor was added to the McDonald’s exterior in the early 1990s, when it first opened near a strip mall that had mostly red and teal-colored signs, according to Fox News.

The not-so-Golden Arches have been there ever since, attracting tourists, who often pose in front of the sign. Regardless of the color of the infamous arches, the fries still taste the same!
