No, not medication – meditation! Seems a lot of your happier, more successful people are doing it, why aren’t you? I am. And it seems that when I’m going through rough periods in my life, like my last post, I had forgotten to take the time for meditation.
What is it? It’s easy; you find a quiet place, close your eyes and try not to think at all for anywhere from 5-30 minutes. All it takes is a little practice and concentration and you’ll get the hang of it.
The benefits? Calmness, happiness, more intelligence and more appreciation for life.
